SHIPPING

All orders placed before 11:00AM will be shipped within 1 working day via fully tracked service. Tracking number will be added to your order.  We will drop you a line via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

DELIVERY

SNIGGY ships UKwide. All orders will be shipped using 48H tracked service. Depending on the size and weight of the items your orders will be delivered by Royal mail, Hermes or UPS.  Free shipping available on orders over £30.

 

* Delivery times are indicative and deliveries might be subject to delays with the delivery company, especially during busy periods, like public holidays when delivery might take slightly longer than usual. We are really sorry if this happens to you, but please be nice to us and understand that this is out of our control and we do our best.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES:

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. In such cases buyer has to cover the return cost.
